Help with this comic issue, please

Somewhere around the 1967, I read a The Jetsons comic story in which a strange man visits George Jetson in his office driving a scooter, much to the chagrin of George's boss. The visitor has a device called a "Timebelt Backtrack Machine" that enables George to travel back in time to the day that he chose an office job instead of becoming an astronaut (or "Rocket Jockey" as they call it) - a decision which he regrets. So, when he gets this second chance, George Jetson chooses the Rocket Jockey job after all, but later finds that things do not go according to his plans.

I have some 15 The Jetsons comics from Gold Key but this story is not in any of them. Can someone tell me the issue number, please? Thanks in anticipation.

Could you help me on this one...
I've picked up a "rare" Jack Kirby comic... not in the best of shape. I'd like to get it to a fan who values it, but not hold them over a barrel. Without violating the rules of CRC or the forums....
