Two things about the big green:
1) Don't you think "Future Imperfect" is a ****ing good story and it will be perfect in a Marvel Premiere Classic Hardcover?
2) I hope that Planet Hulk will be edited as soon as possible in Marvel Premiere.

1: Future Imperfect is great. I don't know if it will ever get a Marvel Premiere HC but it should hopefully be reprinted in Hulk Visionaries: Peter David (if those continue).
2: I'd expect PH to get a big hardcover a little while after it finishes.

Future:Imperfect is one of the best stories I've ever read, and I do hope PH to get a hardcover treatment.

It would also make a good one-shot movie without ANY sequels. :D

I haven't been reading comics long enough to know what the "Future Imperfect" storyline is about, i'm a big Hulk fan, so i'd like to know, what's the story about? Is it really that good?

Check the Planet Hulk OHC thread. It's getting a big ole Oversized Hardcover in June. :D

Future Imperfect needs to be collected WITH Hulk: The End in a classic hard cover collection. Part of that series with Weapon X, Origin, Death of the Stacys, and Kraven's Last Hunt.
While they're at it, they can collect Born Again, Stern and Byrne's Captain America, and that WONDERFUL Fabian Nicieza and Kevin Maguire 4 part bookshelf edition Captain America origin retelling. It stands up as strong as ever.
The Hulk collection I'm looking forward to most is the John Byrne Hulk Visionaries. One of the greatest crimes ever was when he left after only 6 incredible issues. Of course, Superman got a revamping out of the deal and Peter David and Todd McFarlane came along to Hulk in less than a year after Byrne left, so it wasn't the end of the world, but what a damn great run Byrne would have had if he stayed.

spoilers follow****
not to give very much away, the bare bones of the story goes: the Hulk ends up 100 years in the future, in a world ravaged by nuclear war; in the aftermath of nuclear armageddon, a twisted future version of himself (The Maestro) has seized control of one of the last habitable areas of the planet and declared himself absolute ruler. He lives a life of luxury and decadence, with his enormous intellect and unmatchable strength making him almost unopposable for the woefully outmatched human resistance (which is led by a very familiar face). Great stuff. Peter David writes, George Perez draws. Recipe for brilliance.
