There are many voice actors out there, all who do wonderful work. But it takes a little something extra to work up a good villan's voice.
Who, in your opinion, has the best voice for villany?
My vote would be for Tim Curry, of course, but who do you think.

Clancy Brown:
He does the voice of animated Lex Luthor as well as playing the Kurgan in the first (and least effed-up) Highlander movie. His voice sounds as if he gargles with acid then swallows.
Frank Welker:
He's here only because he voiced Megatron (and might do so again in 2007) and made even goofy dialogue sound hardcore.

All of these listed are pretty damn good. To add to the list, when he's playing evil, it's pretty hard to beat Keith David. JLU Despero never failed to come across as menacing...and neither did the voice of the Timmverse Darkseid, Michael Ironside. Tony Todd also deserves a vigorous nod.
EDIT: Damn you, kain.

Mark Hamill does a seriously evil voice. The Joker, the Hobgoblin, the Skeleton King, etc. I even heard him in that Balto sequel today as this evil wolf. Despite being bad movie, he still was awesome in it.

Yeah he was. Really most of the voice cast for the LoK series was awesome. The guy who does the voice for Raziel does the voice for Medivh in the WarCraft games, among other people. And the guy who does the voice for Zelgadis in the Slayers series also did some voices for villains too, and he's a good voice actor. Or the guy who did Valgaav. He was pyscho.

I always found it ironic that the same guy who played Kenshin in the TV series would have so many villains in his voice acting repertoire.
Adding to the list: Paul Dobson-even when he's playing the role of a good guy (like Alastor from Shana no Shakugan), he still sounds deliciously sinister.

#1) Orson Wells: Unicron, and The Shadow radio programmes (Shadow may have fought on the side of the angels, but he was one helluva malevolent persona).
