Does anyone remember?

I have been looking for a comic book title for a long, long time. Years and years ago, I read a comic book from Marvel (I think, it had the characters from Marvel) that detailed an alien being coming to earth, transporting all the heroes of the earth to a specific location for a boxing match. I remember bits and pieces of the storyline, including the alien being refusing to box the hulk for he thought the hulk was a mindless brute and Cyborg not wanting to make himself look bad in the boxing match because he hadt been with the xmen for only a short time (didn't work, he was clobberred).

Any gurus remember the comic book? I could be mistaken but I didn't think it was part of a regular series like Avengers, I was thinking it was a special one-time edition or series.

Sounds like Marvel Two-in-One Annual #7 (http://www.comics.org/coverview.lasso?id=35962&zoom=4), although Cyborg makes no appearance in the comic since he's a DC character. I think you might've meant Colossus.

Oh, you are oh so right, my apologies on my blunder of the name. I cannot believe I stated Cyborg over Colossus, I am definitely getting old.
