While I was reading some of Busiek's Avengers issues the other day, it occured to me that we have only gotten one TPB that reprints the old Thunderbolts series. This was a fantastic book, both in terms of writing an story. Why hasn't Marvel reprinted this stuff yet?

I think there's sort of a stigma about a lot of the stuff that was put out in the 90's. It's an era of comics that justifiably or not has sort of gotten a real bad rap.

Still, if the newer TBolts stuff sells real well then I think it's very possible we'll see some of the older stuff. Maybe even an essential.

Probably, once enough time has passed.

I mean, hell, they're reprinting CHAMPIONS.

Sooner rather then later, I would say that Deadpool, Spider-girl, and the Thunderbolts are all series that are due for trades or even an Omnibus.
