AHH... This time of year is often a time of rest for many comic book artists, giving us a chance to catch up on other projects... For the last 10 days or so I've been addressing my list of outstanding commissions and other artwork owed. I encourage anyone interested in the status of their commission to contact me via my website. ( http://www.stuartsayger.com ) I know that I've written e-mails to many fans this week telling them that their works will be going out in the mail soon, or will available for pick up a convention.
I'd also like to take this time to thank everyone whom I've owed artwork to for their great patience! For the first time in years I'm about to be completely caught up on my commission list and turning my attention back to drawing Shiver in the Dark. It's been a long time since the last issue has come out and I feel horrible for making my readers wait. Since August 2006 I've stopped taking commissions outside of convention appearances.( if you want an original piece of art it's best to come see me at a convention ) I hated to do that, but it's the only way that Shiver will ever be finished ( Along with still fulfilling my duties on Lego Bioncle and the various sets of DC "VS" cards...)
For those who are waiting for original art, the wait is almost over! I have a large batch of packages going out tomorrow! I've had a great time this week drawing Wonder Woman, Batman, Elektra , etc.. Thanks for the support and please give the art a good home!
