What was that guy Wrath who had a similar past as Bruce but turned out evil or something? I remember someone here recommending it but I never got to know in which issues I can found his story?

Didn't the main guy in Batman Beyond turn out to be a clone of Bruce?

There has been a close to it in the comics but no actual clone.

You have Owl Man who is close. He's not Bruce from an alternate dimension but Bruce's older brother.
