Bats and Wondy kissed in issue #74 of JLA (vol. 2) and were supposed to go on a date in #80, but Bruce backed out of it and in #90, they both decided to remain "just friends".
As the for the JL/U cartoon, the last time a romance between them was hinted at was in the season finale episode, "The Once and Future Thing", but when the show returned the next season, it focused primarily on the "Cadmus" arc and so the their feelings were never resolved.

...And just before Superman married Lois, they had a short... something... that wasn't quite anything, really... but was still, nontheless, something!

Poor Diana, she has such a terrified look on her face!...

...speaking of uninvited kisses... Action #600 reminds me of the time Batman kissed Wonder Woman on Paradise Island in Trinity #3....

...Poor Diana... how does she find the time to uphold 'Truth, Justice and the American Way' when she is preoccupied with defending herself against all those amorous crazed Superheroes... :o

He´s lucky that was Diana.
If he had done that to Powergirl, he´d be looking for his jaw on the floor....

Powergirl would have totally been into it, she'd be instantly upgraded, no longer the 4th hottest in the DCU. Hell, she'd of let him have his bat-way w/ her right there.
fails to duck powergirl punch, picks up lower jaw

Wonder Woman was seen hitting on Batman in quite a few episodes of the cartoon, as I recall. He always refused to allow himself to show interest, but clearly was interested. One episode began with them lurking on top of a building staking something out, and Diana is watching couples holding hands below them and starts coming on to Bruce, and he just cuts her off with "You're a princess from a society of immortal warriors. I'm a rich kid with issues. Lots of issues."
As for Batman being the only guy Wonder Woman has shown interest in in the DCU, I believe she's made it clear that she'd be more than happy to make the kisses with Superman were it not for Lois. There was that "thousand years in a time warp" issue with the two of them. And she made the kisses with Aquaman at some point as well, if memory served. And I think she had a non-superhero boyfriend in the run on her book before Rucka's run? (She of course has occasionally insinuated that she's had experiences with other Amazons before coming to man's world, or at least has not denied this when others have brought it up- "Let me put it this way, there's a reason we call it Paradise Island"- but this has never gone above the innuendo level.)

She was also interested in Champion during John Byrne´s run (I´d like to know more about that one) and went absolutelly ga-ga over Steve Trevor during Jimenez.

They've been close since they've met, IIRC. Of course they had a falling out, but you should look up Ra's first appearace. It might be around that one.
They also had a quick flashback panel in Morrison's book, where Batman was frighteningly nude except for his mask.

i always found it weird how superheroes can be so permiscues and then talk about truth justice and the american way. How do you hold up laws when you can't even stay true to your heart?
As far as Bats and WW go, in JL/U cartoon I thought it was a cute coupling. Especially in the episode were they got turned into kids. In the comics? I don't think it could work, atleast not if the public knew Batman and Wonder Woman were dating. It would also complicate Bruces life if the public found out that Bruce Wayne was dating Diana since Diana never kept her idenity as Wonder Woman secret. This would have all her rogues coming after Bruce, and him now having to fend off her rogues and his.
Not to mention the distance, im sure Diana can fly from Themyscira to Gotham within a few minutes but again very inconvient since someone like Bruce who strikes me as control freak/paranoid + rich (scary combo) would keep accusing her of bringing trouble to his door. (Then they'd have angry sex or something. Then she'd fly back home! lol)
Can't resist. Read this (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3112976/1/) all you BM/WW romantics!

Thanks for the link. I loved the Bat/WW relationship. I was looking all over the place for JLA 90 but couldn't find it anywhere so I was pleasantly surprised to find it here.
