Unless you happen to be WhiteRose you most likely are going to have resolutions for the New Year. For 2007 I only have one resolution, and that's to become the person I know I can be if I stop procrastinating and start thinking my actions through ahead of time.

To drink beer and finish off that time machine and automatic upside the head slapper I've been working on.

I do not do resolutions. I just do. Or do not.

So..at this point i am turning OFF the computer and going to bed, hating the horrible thing that is Christmas and glad this miserable waste of time, emotions and money is finally OVER.

And yes,i think the Grinch and Scrooge were WEAKLINGS,giving in at the end.
Moronic twits.

AHHAHAAHHAA!

You remembered!

Perhaps my resolution will be to be nice to my fellow man and escape councilling by March. Or beat Black and White 2 by January 2nd! Which one is more likely? I don't know!

Maybe this time when you resolve to be nicer to your fellow man it will last a more than a minute.

My resolution is to purge my comics pull list of the couple currently-crappy books on it, and try to keep it crap-free for the year. This will give me more money to buy better stuff from smaller publishers.

Where to start lol

1.Eat healthier, I'm not really overweight, but recent health problems in my family have reminded me I need to watch myself better.

2.Spend less on comics, I enjoy them, but I still have the habit of trying too many new books or being too loyal to creators instead of just buying what I enjoy.

3. Spend less money- I still have the habit of splurging on crap I dont need

Like others, one of the chief resolutions I have to enact is the cutting of costs where comics are concerned. Luckily, 52 and Civil War won't last much longer, so there's some savings. Additional cuts will be more difficult.

I pulled in a couple hundred dollars most of which I used on Amazon, if I'm allowed to type that without breaking a rule of some kind.

Why are you being forced to join a council ?

I don't make resolutions. No point, I'll just break them. Unless I make a resolution like:

I resolve to do whatever I damn well please in 2007.

Which I can pretty much stick to since that's what I do every year.

I gave up making resolutions. There's no point.

I'll just try and accomplish more in 2007 than I did in 2006. Which shouldn't be too hard (can probably accomplish that on New Year's Day alone, in fact).

Damn Nightie! I knew you were uncharacteristically irritated when you said 'f'ning' in the other thread but whoa!

I hope you feel better soon and are back to your gigglesnorting self :)

I need to work on promoting my comic. So far I've really rather sucked at it. Other than that, not much else really.

As shocking as this sounds I hate reviving my old threads, primarily because I'm ashamed on what has gone before. However in this singular instance I feel its appropriate.

Resolved: do more writing this coming year.

As for 2006, I actually did finally get my website up and running. Oh! So that would lead to my second resolution --

Resolved: develop more traffic for my website.

Go there you fools! Check me out in all my academic pomposity! (Some of the current offerings date from the period after I finished my Masters degree.)

It's all about writing. Or mostly. (End of shameless self-promotion)

I'll stop procrastinating...next year.
I solemnly resolve to crack 300 posts. And clean my room, something that I have been resolving & not doing on several other lists of resolutions.
