It was video taped. Another girl (this one was the same age) he had sex with that night accused him of rape, but the video tape showed that their sex was consensual so the jury found him not guilty of that charge.

Again, it depends on the state. Maybe in Georgia 15 isn't the age of consent, in which case she couldn't legally consent to anything.
