I remember having a couple of issues of a large-size magazine of the Hulk. One issue featured him being trapped in a nuclear power plant and another had him standing there as a jeep rammed him.

There was also some awesome Moon Knight back-up stories in there.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Maybe the Rampaging Hulk B&W magazine?

Wait a minute -- Bloodstone was the backup feature, not Moon Knight.

My bad.

Moon Knight was defiinitely a back up in some Hulk magazines. The GCD is down at the moment, but when it is back up, I'll find it.

Based on my faltering memory, I'm even going to say Howard Chaykin did some work on these.

And I should have added that this magazine was in color. I've looked at some rampaging Hulk magazines on ebay but none of the covers are ringing any bells.

It's definitely "The Hulk!" magazine. It was a continuation of "Rampaging Hulk", when they stopped telling stories set in the early days of the Hulk's history and added color.
See if any of these covers look familiar. (http://www.comics.org/covers.lasso?SeriesID=2455)

I have a few of these, and one of my long time favourite Hulk tales ever comes from Hulk! #18. It features Hulk stranded on an island with a character who is essentially Robinson Crusoe. Inevitably, the two castaway loners form a friendship. When Bruce Banner "arrives" on the scene the two share knowledge of engineering skills and acts of human ingenuity. But the triumphant, and silliest, and most wonderful moment occurrs when the Incredible Hulk swims down to the ocean bottom of the island, proceeds to dig away at the great submerged landmass until it comes entirely unmoored, and then picking the island up upon his shoulders carries it, with Crusoe character and all, holus bolus, riding along above. In an epic sub-marine jog to put Olympian Hercules to shame, thousands of miles across the ocean floor, the Hulk totes the island along until civilzation is reached! Sounds like an episode out of a Scott Shaw! review. Anyway, I bet the original Crusoe would have loved to have a Hulk for company.

That's it! Thanks very much.

I had issue #20 for sure.
