So i was looking on Marvels site and I didnt notice any books. Is this correct?

It appears so.

The issues might spoil an upcoming part of the next issue of CW... so they held em like last time.

I haven't hit up the LCS in a few weeks because there wasn't much I wanted to get...not much has come out in Civil War in that time, right?

Check this out. The Master Civil War Checklist. It is always updated weekly at the following link. I am working on listing them by release date instead of month to further make it more accurate and easier for those who want to know exactly when issues will or have been released:
