I'm sorry, but that information is:

Actually, they are just short-story arcs featuring one or a few team members, set in continuity, but not necessarily taking place in the present.

<lecture>Are you posting from your cell phone or something? Pardon my slamming your unnecessary abbreviations, but let me just point out that in today's Internet-reliant world, spelling is probably more important than ever, since searches still rely on text matching. OK, maybe noone's ever going to search for "What are JLA and JSA Classified?" and miss your "what r JLA and JSA classified?", but as a general practice, spelling things out on the Internet is a good idea if you want people to be able to find things you've posted. </lecture>
The "Classified" titles were both started prior to the current relaunches of JLA and JSA. The JLA Classified series features stories from a variety of past incarnations of the League (or to burn up inventory stories that were done before the cancellation and relaunch; Gail Simone and J. L. Garcia Lopez's arc was originally scheduled to run in the regular JLA title, for example). The JSA Classified series seems to be a "spotlight" book focusing on individual members or smaller teams or supporting characters.

Actully JSA Classified is really a pretty good book. The stories don't feel like just filler stuff thrown together. The JLA Classified book I haven't thought was very good at all, but JSA is.
