Where is FF 541? Is this delayed because CW is delayed? I thought that it was supposed to be a 45th anniversary issue. Any thoughts, explanations?

Yes, it's indeed delayed due to Civil War. FANTASTIC FOUR #541 CW JUL061965 12/20/06.

Considering FF broke up over CW, a delay to resolve the series is understandable.

Yea I have subscription and I haven't gotten a new issue in over a month. (Maybe even two months.)

A new writer is taking over in FF #541 as well. Hopefully the delay gave him the time he needed.

Anyone want to bet that the reason for the delay is that they want it close to Civil War #6's release date. I have the feeling that perhaps Reed turns on Tony in this issue and Civil War #6 might be the direct fallout of that and you can't keep people waiting to long for that.

Either way depending on who makes up the Fantastic Four post-Civil War I might start collecting the series. Need a few more titles to make an online pull list worthwhile.
