Norm Breyfogle Original Batman Sketch

I am in a position to possibly acquire an original sketch by Norm Breyfogle, which is a 3/4 shot of Batman, showing his head, upper torso, and some of his cape. It is on posterboard, and is approximately 24"x36". It is signed, and year-dated, with this year. It was sketched in pencil, and then briefly inked. I was wondering if this has any value, and if so, how much?

Edit: I forgot to mention that I watched him do this sketch, so it is definitely authentic, and, he mentioned that while he had made many of these for fans previously, this was definitely the largest he had EVER done...

If you saw him and he interacted with you it might have some more value to you than it would to me.

My upper limit for sketches is $60 but that's on a normal sheet of paper.
