Dark Horse Solicitations for March 2007

I'm really, really looking forward to the Grended Archives HC. And, I wanted to pick up Outer Orbit (#4 comes out in March), initially, but budget and all that, however I'm more than willing to pick up a tpb.

I heart Dark Horse.

How about those advance solicitations for the Fear Agent (on sale date - May 30th) and Perhapanauts: Second Chances (May 23rd) trades? I used to not pay attention to the on sale date, but DH seems to solicit things 4~5 months in advance now so I'm always wary of the actual ship date for items from them now.

I'm there for that Grendel book too. Dark Horse seem to be the only company able to bring out hardcovers for $15 - Good on them!

But then they never bother releasing a cheaper paperback version when they do...

So far I only see a few maybes:

- The new CONAN tpb - I still have to get 1 & 2
- APPLESEED vol 2 - Not sure if I'm gonna get #1. Maybe...
- SHAMAN WARRIOR vol 3 - I'm due #1 any week now. It was ordered in JULY!

Comics is really the greatest industry for "never say never" eh? Wagner said for years those original Grendel's would never be reprinted b/c he really thought his work on them was sub-par and that those who'd hunted them down and paid through the nose would be the only folks who ever saw 'em.

That said - I'll be buying that HC for sure!
