Now that I think about it, I think Swarm and Video Man crossed over into the comic world too... But there were so many interesting characters on that show when it aired back in 1981 (and lasted for three seasons), that it's a shame that some, if not all of them crossed over into the comic world.
You have:
Ms. Lion (A Laso Opso dog that served as the comedy relief for the main characters in both public and secret identities. Also the pet of Angelica Jones)
Mona Osborn (Daughter of the infamous Norman Obsorn, aka Green Goblin)... (think of the possibilities of a female Green Goblin...)
The Fantastic Mr. Frump (A middle-aged nobody, that attained two gauntlets of power, and used his powers for self satisfaction)
Zerona, the Ice Goddess (A 50 foot queen that was ruler of a kingdom in the Asgard realm... And hoplessly in love with Iceman)
Francis Byte (A nerdy "Peter Parker"-like character that gets accidentally transformed into Video Man, and uses his powers for good.
Zoltan aka The Arachnoid (A scientist himself, creates a serum to mimick Spiderman's powers, and it gradually changes him into a half spider, half man creature)...(My personal favorite)
Cyberiad (Half man, half machine abomination created by a freak accident caused by Firestar. Also a past lover of Angelica Jones, aka Firestar)
Buzz Mason (Previously, an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., he uses advanced mind control devices on mutants to carry out his evil plans)
Auroro aka Lightwave (A mutant with the ability to control and manipulate light... Also Iceman's younger sister)
Given, some of these characters are a little hokey, cliche'd, and cookie cutter versions of existing Marvel characters, there's a bit of innocence and ambiguity about them that made the era of classic heroes and villains fun.
