Come one and all, share those rare gems that you loved and were ripped from your weekly viewing pleasure.

I'll start.

Space Above and Beyond - I loved this series, there was just something about it. At the time of its arrival I was loving the sci-fi space scene. The season finale (which ended up being the series finale) was amazing. So sad that they didn't make more episodes.

EXO Squad - When I was in fifth grade, I would wake up at 5:50am just so I could watch this cartoon. It was so ahead of its time. Dealt with several "heavy" such as the results war, prejudice, and death.

I'll post some more later when I think of them...

It's really just Youngstown but sometime it feels like hell.

And I call it that because in Jason goes to Hell. His body was taken to Youngstown, Ohio.

I always thought Joss Whedon was a G Vs. E fan as he cast both leads in his shows. Jubil Early was a great character and showed what Richard Brooks could do.

Speaking of which he showed up in a great ep of Brimstone as well as a Carthaginian mercenary who'd escaped from Hell. Had a more proactive approach to being hunted by Ezekiel Stone then most of the returned souls.

And Brimstone well, it was a shame they cancelled that. For a number of reasons - it gave Lori Petty something to do (ah Point Break) and unfortunately freed up the lead for that Geena Davis show. Poor fellah.

Freakylinks. And while I didn't like it so much in the beginning The Chronicle was getting better by the time Sci-Fi cancelled it. Invisible Man should have got another season too.

I didn't think HOME MOVIES was ever that popular. I didn't even know it existed until it got pick up by Adult Swim and even then I never watched it because I though it was the same thing as BABY BLUES (which I loath). I finally started watching it towards the end of it's Adult Swim run and now it's among my favorites.

And, I'll agree with FREAKYLINKS. My wife and I loved that show during it's short run.

I always tuned in to The Flash (1990-1991) and was sad to see it cancelled. Of course years later, as an adult, I reviewed the DVD set, found that it held up reasonably well and became interested in the Flash and comics all over again!

Freaks and Geeks, a brilliant comedy/drama that barely lasted a single season. I was so mad that I cancelled my cable. At least I have the deluxe DVD boxed set!

Undeclared, another Judd Apatow production that fared poorly with the masses. The DVD set is great too.

And of course my favourite TV series, Twin Peaks, which help usher in filmic qualities to television and inspired so much cable-oriented programs. Can't wait for the season 2 boxed set next year!

I loved the 3d animation Starship Troopers show. But it was on at 6:30 in the morning so I had a hard time catching it as a young lad.

Couple of my favorite shows that got cancelled sooner than I would have liked:

Love Monkey - CBS cancelled it after three episodes. They filmed five more and CBS owned VH1 showed all eight episodes that were filmed. Fun show, great cast and witty writing.

The Job - Dennis Leary doing his thing. They released the two half seasons they shot on DVD, so at least I've got that to remember it by. It was an odd hybrid show -- one of those single camera comedies with no audience (this was before My Name is Earl and The Office) that was a weird mix of comedy and drama. I have to think it might have done better today than it did four or five years ago when it originally aired.

I third the Brimstone / John Glover bandwagon.

My others:

Profit
American Gothic
Harsh Realm
Arrested Development (had a fanbase, obviously, just not a large enough one to keep it on the air, so I figured I'd list it)
Surface
Threshold
Smith
Action
Andy Richter Controls the Universe
Freaks and Geeks
Carnivale
Millennium

Does Deadwood count? It's demise was presumably due more to contract signing-related snafu's than anything related to ratings, so I am hesitant to list it.

Y'know what it was really surreal watching episodes of Ed and the Sopranos consecutively. They had an almost identical title credits crawl through their respective neighbourhoods! Just Ed's were nicer.

Señor Moby's House of Music. I don't know how many people saw this, but it was Moby's music video show, where he would run lots of cool, artistic videos. The sort of music videos that make you grab your friends and say "You've got to see this!" I don't think the show lasted very long, though.

I watched that sometimes, I thought it was pretty cool. I'd like to see it again just to see if it was as good as I remember.

Should be out on DVD at some point. Amazon had it's release date as TBA.

Seasons 1 and 2 of Millennium were awesome. Season 3 was where they tried to imitate the X-Files a bit too much (providing a Scully-clone partner for Frank), but it still had some really good episodes, too.

Grosse Pointe. I've been rewatching it now that the DVDs have been released, and it's just as hilarious and awesome as I remembered. I was afraid that it wouldn't live up to my memories, but now I know for sure that it was cancelled way too soon. If you don't remember this show, it was a half-hour sitcom on the WB about the making of a Beverly Hills, 90210-type show. Pure genius, but I think it was mismatched with the other shows on the network.

FARSCAPE-One of my all-time favorites! Just a great series! I still miss it..

Dead Like Me-Season 1 and 2 are excellent and this show should have lasted. Showtime just doesn't take any chances anymore...

Wonderfalls-Stupid Fox. *sigh* talk about not taking chances. They only aired three episodes. This show just got better and better as it went.

Sliders-Season 1-2. I like to pretend the other seasons never happened (ok, there were a few good ones in season 3, but not many and definitly none after the professor was killed)

Crusade-*sigh* TNT really messed this one up..

Invasion-This really should have lasted

Surface-ditto

Nowhere Man-excellent show
