Y'know I'm surprised there was no thread for this movie by now!

What? No love for the D? This movie was kickass in all the right places. Being a fan of both their music and their TV show, I have to say I'm glad they made this movie.

The opening sequence with JB as a kid was one of the most hilarious scenes imo. Oh, and the scene at the restaurant too.

Who else agrees that this movie rocks your socks off? Yay or nay?

Yup, as soon as I saw the opening "In THC: People are Baking" - I knew I was in for a stupid gut-buster. The RAWK OFF at the end was well worth it. I honestly think that Dave Grohl had to have made a deal w/ a devil to be as good as he is.

It was a fun movie. The opening with Meat Loaf, Dio and the kid doing an amazing Jack Black was especially good. And Dave Grohl rocks, the Devil's song was way too short.

I enjoyed the D, but I also knew that I would. There is too much rocking power in this movie for it not to be completely awesome.
