Wow there's a lot of stuff on there... and a whole lot of preview art too. Nice!

As for the cover to X-men #196... It's what Cable and Mystique do best... Shoot people. :p

Some fun stuff coming up in the X-Books. Sounds like Andy Schmidt has a good head on his shoulders, something the head X-Book editor needs. Can't wait for the X-Men Annual and the return of Sinister. :D

God, the preview art from the X-Men annual is so sexy. And Cargill? She's hot; this one panel is more than I could have ever wished from Mike Carey's ingenius-ness.

Is anyone wondering what X-team's going to be featured in the 3 part X-men: World War Hulk series written by Chris Gage? And I wonder if it'll have more impact and relevance than the X-men: Civil War series.

It will probably be the Astonishing X-Men team, as they're the ones who guest star everywhere. And I doubt it will have any impact or relevance at all, exactly like X-Men: Civil War.

I love how Cannonball seems to be telling both Cyclops AND Cable to piss off.

Also...looks like Sasquatch is still alive!

My hunch is that it could be Archangel and Iceman (though that might involve Iceman being in two places at once, since he's currently in use in Carey's book).

In the second story in Hulk 100, there's a silhouette of several characters in the last panel -- I think those characters are the former members of the Champions, and the two figures on the far left are Iceman and Archangel.

Oooooh, what a great interview! And just look at all that preview art.

I think I'm most excited for Mike Carey's X-Men....... the annual where he'll "slowly put Northstar and Aurora back together" has got me really interested. And I wonder what will happen in issue #200, as its supposedly going to change the status quo of the team. I'm very excited!

I need to get used to Ramos art. I never really liked it. But I do like what he's drawing here. And the energy is great in those pages. It looks like Regan is having some fun in the bar. And I love seeing this team in action, even if it's just to pick up some guy in a bar. :)

Do you thinks that's Regan?

From previous artwork I'd say they don't look like the same person, but maybe it's the colouring...

Doesn't she have shorter hair in the coloured version? Also, she's not wearing her "uniform".

I think Regan has the uniform in the bar, but the Regan they "see" has civilian clothes. Ilusions, I say!

I hadn't thought about that :o :p

There's something about the art...
Although I'm not very fond of Ramos style, I have to say that the uncoloured version looks much better, so I guess I just don't like the colourist, whoever he/she is

Yeah, I think Exodus team will be full of surprises. We have Cargill and Random for now. I wonder who else Mike is bringing in the Annual.

some decent preview pages...

and hey, iceman's trunks aren't leather in the one image. i think he looks better completely iced up so hopefully it's not just a coloring mistake.

Well three tidbits:

1) We know that stuff comes to a head in #200, one way or another. The "status quo" changes.

2) Carey said a while ago that (and I'm paraphrasing here) something big "shocks Mystique into questioning herself"

3) Carey also mentioned that Bobby and Raven's relationship would come to an explosive peak in #200

Amazing art! Poor baby in cold Frost's hands. She looks scary. Silvestri's style fluctuates a lot, too.

Scrolling down, the X-23 art is cool. I love the Sooraya/Laura cover, that looks amazing and will be awesome colored. Also, I think I see Kiden Nixon! *spasm*

The cover to NXM #35 looks like they are gonna start on the Laura/Jullian relationship now. Makes sense.....since he went all out to save her and showcase how far he's willing to go for her. ( read #31....a Jullian moment)

Right?

Ramos art looks nice, though that cover looks really generic.

Anyway, Raimondi seems to be bringing in his Madrox game in and I'm glad the team will at least be a little more inside the X-Box, seeing as how they are going to be integral to the most important mission in the world--repowering Scanner, bitches!!!
