I just recently purchased this graphic novel published by Drawn and Quarterly, by Chester Brown who drew and wrote this comic-strip biography on Louis Riel. Those of you who know a little Canadian history may recognize him. Even if you don't know, it's an amazing graphic novel and is quite astonishing how well history reads through a comic strip!
