and MJ got those big lips that are great for... well... acting, I guess. :)
good article tho... again.
I have a few of the EC reprints... I should really look to hunt down some more of those it seems.
And the thing about caring... It makes sense, but it still seems kind of like a copout. The victims don't necessarily have to be "random"... the victims could become part of the cast... a new facet... instead of having to link everyone up to the past...

ummm, what exactly is EC. If anyone could explain that or tell me where to get them that would be great, beacuse they sound pretty good from that story.

I think the caring thing has a lot to do with a team of "marketers" deciding what should or should not be in the movie. There are a lot of "writers" now, that in the interests of self preservation (not that I blame them), have become lackeys to corporate hollywood. ie, they don't have a story they passionately want to tell, they just write what they are TOLD to write.
The end result is we all get fed corporate crap with candy on top.
Luckily there are still some good story tellers in comics.
