Help me find this song!!

Ok, this song has been stuck in my head all day, but I have no idea what it is! The real problem is that I dont even know any of the lyrics, so its all "dum-de-dums"! Anyhoo, what I do know about the song is that it was on an episode of Scrubs from the first or second season. It was sung by a man with crazy eyes who kept following JD around the hospital. Im not positive, but I think that the crazy-eyed man was from an 80's band called Men at Work. Any help finding this song would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Wikipedia is correct. I've got the studio version and an acoustic version (not the one that aired on Scrubs, but VERY close). Maybe because I heard it on Scrubs first, but I like the acoustic version better.
