I have several favorites that I switch back and forth on but I'll have to go with Evangeline A.K. McDowell. :D

Her adult form is only an illusion anyway, the little girl body is her true state. And yeah Eva-chan would have to be my favorite 3-A girl as well, though Yue, Setsuna and Chisame are also up there. ^_^

(Negima!? on the other-hand is another story .) The manga is in every way superior in his eyes .

I like Asuna, she looks feisty. :p

I base all of my picks on the manga as I haven't seen the first anime series and the new one is ongoin.

It's a hard choide to make and at the moment its a toss up between Nodoka, Yue, and Konoka.

Evangeline, Setsuna and Mana are all great characters as well.

I like what I've seen of Haruna, but she just hasn't had much screen/pagetime yet and is unlikely to reach the same level as the others.

Chisame and Kazumi (Paparazzi girl) are entertaining characters, but not what I look for in my favorites.

Ditto here, I have a real hard memorizing all their names, and I learned the names of the whole freakin' Urusei Yatsura cast!

Peh, Kodomo no Jikan and Today in class 5-2 have huge loads of fanservice and mild sexual content in a elementary school. Negima is nothing.

As for characters I like I would say Eva, Nodoka, Yue, and Setsuna.
