Yes he is. Joyfull Rebellion is a classic to me, and his new joint Atlantis is pretty nice too and the more I listen the more I love it. Although it's much more singing then rapping this time, but nothing wrong with that.

I am in awe at how he mixes styles and put songs together. He's sick. Everyone should own some K-Os. My favorite Canadian MC.
