Anyone heard anything about Joe Kelly's run getting collected? The first and only trade, long since out of print, was up for like 100 bucks on ebay recently and you know Marvel isn't going to overlook that.

Sadly enough, I haven't heard anything about 'em.

The first and only Kelly Deadpool trade covered the first five issues. He fights Sasquatch, Taskmaster, Ninjas, the Hulk, and a failing healing factor.

It's a great start to a run that just keeps getting better.

Kelly's complete run was 33 issues long, plus the -1 issue, the Wizard 0 issue, 3 Specials (all in the same month!) and 2 Annuals.

That's 41 issues, so you figure the whole thing would encompass between five and eight trades, were it to become available.

I say we start a petition. Or hell, we all spam letters to Fabian.

I'd already own all the original Deadpool run but I'd buy them all again in TPB. They really need to do another printing of Cable & Deadpool TPB Vol 1.

They are reprinting the Cable & Deadpool TPBs. I saw 'em in Diamond Previews for January.

Petition sounds like a good idea, but that sh*t rarely works. I think we'll get Clone Saga trades (which I'd also stomp puppies into jelly for) before trades of Kelly's phenomenal run. I started this thread a while ago and no one posted to it. This being arguably the most heavily trafficked comic board on the net, I imagine there probably isn't a whole lot of demand for them. I was hoping that LITG nod to the ebay sales of the back issues might get Quesada's attention. Screw it, I'm going to Marvel's trade board and posting every day til this happens. This is really the only thing I can think of that I really love that hasn't come up since the whole trade industry really took off a few years ago.
