Two Ghost Riders? (possible spoilers)

Forgive my possible noob-ness when it comes to Ghost Rider, but...

I was on Marvel.com's wiki trying to learn about Ghost Rider, and this is what it boiled down to:

John Blaze (host) + Zarathos = Ghost Rider. http://www.marvel.com/universe/Ghost_Rider_%28John_Blaze%29

Dan Ketch (host) + Noble Kale = Ghost Rider. http://www.marvel.com/universe/Ghost_Rider_%28Daniel_Ketch%29

Right. Fine. Good.

But my question is as follows:

1. Who's Ghost Rider now?

OR

Are they both Ghost Riders? Bcause BOTH wiki pages ended with:
"both host and spirit merged once more, and are now currently seeking more innocents to avenge".

Soo...which is the GR that is being written about these days, and was there ever a time where both Blaze and Ketch were GR?

Johnny Blaze is the current Ghost Rider. It has been stated that Daniel Ketch will be handled within the title at some point.

Johnny Blaze is the current Ghost Rider (in the new ongoing series), although he borrows a few gimmicks from Danny Ketch as Ghost Rider (namely): the Penance stare, leather jacket, and Spawn-like chains.

The status of Danny Ketch as Ghost Rider is going to be resolved in January's (the 31st actually) Ghost Rider Finale, concluding the final story in Ghost Rider #93 from 1998.

That issue won't resolve a darn thing, since PP: Spider-Man #93 happened after that story. All that issue does is print a story that was solicited but never published. However, Peter Parker: Spider-Man #93 is the last appearance of Dan Ketch and that Ghost Rider, and it takes place after the end of that series.
