Hey guys

Ever since iTunes updated, I've had the occasional problem downloading albums. The first time it happened, turns out my computer wasn't plugged all the way into the wall ... next time it happened, everything is plugged in, and iTunes says it's connectivity issues (some error like -50, I think that's what it is). Anyways, I can't get the first song off the Deftones self titled dl'd.

Has anyone else had any issues? I think going through their customer service is a nightmare, and it's almost easier just to go out and buy it. I have NEVER had problems until the new upgrade.

I've had a few problems, I'm not sure if it's an upgrade issue, the local switch-over from Comcast to Time-Warner, or some combination there of. If you contact iTunes, and let them know what happened, their customer service people should help you get the missing tune. You've got your receipt, via e-mail, just copy and paste it into the message. Good luck.

Oh man ... COMCAST! I didn't even factor them in. Man, I hate those guys. Well, I tool around with it when I get home from work, and see what comes of it.

My iTunes is now stuck in Japan, with access only to tracks available in Japan, and priced in Yen! I can't get it back, no matter what I try!

I had a problem right after I upgraded the damn thing to version 7. It DELETED songs from my library. I had to import some CDs again.

And the interface is so Windows-like. Hideous.

Go to the very bottom of the iTunes Store page. See where it says My Store, with the Japanese flag (white with a red circle) icon? Click on the menu in between and choose United States (or whatever country you want).

Thanks JB, I eventually found it. I just don't know why it suddenly switched to Japan and Yen?!?

Hey guys, could explorer be the problem? That's another program I've had problems with ... IE. I know emusic doesn't let you use 7.0 as a browser, so I wound up switching to firefox. That apparently cured the iTunes problem as well.
