Whatever happened to American Flagg!?

I think it was more than a year ago, a hardcover of Howard Chaykin's American Flagg! was solicited. Did this ever come out? Will it ever come out? What's with the delay?

What made me think about it is that the Dark Horse Army of Darkness HC is coming out this week and it made me think about long lost TPBs and hardcovers.

Things happen. Everybody wants this to be a book we'll all be proud of. It's a book that will be on peoples' shelves long after we're all dead and buried and we want it to be everything it can be. Given the page count--that meant a lot more time and care than any of us would have cared for.

It should be out shortly--but then--I've been saying that for a while now.

yeah, thanks a lot for the info... I ordered the signed copy of that the day I got the email it was coming out... *sigh*... one day, maybe!
