Hope it's a good one!

As a super-optimistic woman once said, "... in case anyone cares." ;)

Many happy returns!

Do people ever give you glass stuff as presents or are they too intimidated?

Brian - thanks for caring.

K'Nort - I have received some very fine glass art pieces from fellow glass artists over the years as well as glass making tools and books.

I have a brutal hangover, I'm at work and I had a fight with my business partner this morning. I'm still having a good day because Morna gave me the Complete Calvin & Hobbes Collection.

Thanks, dickweed (couldn't resist).

Hey, I got the first tpb of Fables today. Have any of you folks read it? It looks pretty good to me and comes highly recommended by the owner of our local comic shop.

Cool! I'm looking forward to reading it.

How's the hoisting going, howya? I'm enjoying a Pilsner Urquell as we type.

Blame on the way i was raised. Parents always taught me to show respect to peeps older than me. Whoops, i did it again...

Sometimes this forum makes me feel like a crotchety old bastard but just when I'm thinking about getting a walker I step away from the computer and realise that many of my "real life" friends are older than me.
