I think I could agree with that. Only in that Cheeks style is very animated in nature, especially in the face (more like the mouth), where Mignola's might be a tad more rigid. Just an opinion, though.

The one thing that keeps nagging me with Cheeks' Hellboy is the chin. I think he's made it too thick from mouth to the bottom. Again, just another opinion. I think the difference comes from two such distinct, yet broadly similar, styles. I love Cheeks work a great deal. If anything was ever 'fresh' it's his stuff :)
