The cover is done by an artist named Anthony Castrillo but I don't know anything about the book.
Anthony's a terrific artist whose been around for a while but only does comics here and there these days. He has a HUGE thread of artwork going over at digitalwebbing (http://www.digitalwebbing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85680). Awesome stuff!
