New Hellboy Sideshow stuff announced

I posted this info on the update thread but figured some people might miss it there. Sideshow has announced new Hellboy stuff for you to drop your hard-earned dime on. Bobbleheads and a character key for the animated Hellboy charcater.

I am not too crazy about the Hellboy bobble, the Hourglass one had more character to me. His head looks kind of fat in the picture. Now Sammael on the other hand can ride on my dashboard anytime.

That Kroenen bobble head is so dorky looking. The neck, the posture, hilarious. I agree about the hellboy bobble. Not the best, but I've kind of been disappointed with much of the Hellboy character stuff from Sideshow.

Now if Max Factory could have gotten their hands on this license. I could only imagine what they could do.

As to the bobble heads: Sammy I like, Hellboy and the Nazi not so much.
I haven't any idea why I'd want a character key.
(Otto66 is getting old and crumudgony and would yell at the kids on his
lawn if he had a lawn)

I do agree that the bobbleheads are pretty stupid. I have never understood the appeal of them.

"Character Keys are based on an old-time traditional animator's term, "key," which was (and still is at some studios) a color thumbnail of a character or background element with color reference. I really dislike bobbleheads in general.
So these are no different.

The Hellboy bobble head from HourGlass was very cool and shows up
on the ebay from time to time. It was also featured in "Blade2".

Yeah, I've seen the first one around, just don't care for them.

The first one does look much better than those, though.
