Can anyone explain to me why Terrax always seems to come up short on every fight he engages in? This herald once lifted Manhatten Isle and held his own against Firelord, Nova and Airwalker. How can he lose a fight to Gamora and when did he get his cosmic axe back?Thanks...Long live the Tamer:evilsmile

Well, it seemed like he wanted to lose, so he might have been trying his hardest to lose. So that might be an out as to explaining it.

The bugs that seem to be infestinghim an not allowing him to operate at full power.

And Gamora is now slouch on the hand to hand fighting either.

And Gamora is now slouch on the hand to hand fighting either.That, and she demonstrated superhuman strength, speed, durability, and (I believe) energy projection in her previous fight with Ronan. She's much more than she was.

Still, I'd like to see Terrax given some respect. Payback against Sentry would be nice.

terrax was being mind controlled but was trying to fight against it to give gamora the chance to kill him, so he would not be used against his former allies.

this version of terrax is way powered down.

remember galactus took back the power cosmic. Then when Doom gave him the artifical pc it ended up killing him.

So correct me if i'm wrong, When he came back the first time he pretty much didn't have a body hence losing to the new warriors.

the Second time he came back he got a new body but he merged with a human. so my thinking is that he doesn't have the durabilty as he did with his orginal body and technically he shouldn't have any power cosmic since the one doom gave to him was artifical and burned out. But that's comics for ya

He IS supposed to be featured in a post Annhi mini though, isn't he? Maybe he can be cleansed of the bugs. When..WHEN Galactus gets loose I suspect he'd be able to purge Terrax. A nice way to sic the traitor herald on the Wave :) Terrax is my favorite Herald, he may have lost once but give him his proper power back and that Axe may find a nice resting spot in Rav's posterior (hmm, I seem to want to see everyone kick his butt. Annhi needs more of his own Heralds to make me happy)

I bought the first appearence of Terrax years ago. it was a great buy and may be one of those books that creeps up on you out of nowhere a lot like the first Taskmaster app.

Still not as bad as him losing to Sentry in like three panels.
