OK, I thought you guys might be interested in giving me some thoughts about one of the games my company is representing that's coming out soon - I work in marketing, and we're working on an upcoming title called Thrillville. It's a new Theme Park game from the creators of Roller Coaster Tycoon, and you can create and manage your park, as well as play mini games within your own creation.

what do yall think of this kind of game? I'm interested in any and all feedback you all would be willing to tell me, and any thoughts you have. I'm looking for your opinions. Im trying to get feedback straight from people who know what's up, so fire away. And if you have questions, I can answer those also. Really appreciate anything yall have to say....

Looks like a fun game. The mini games seems to add something different and unique to the game that sets it apart from Roller Coaster Tycoon. Will this gmae have the different scenarios you have to complete in order to move on further in the game? Will it have an open development mode where you can just build without the concerns of scenarios. I'd like to hear more about it.

1. yeah, there's a whole story to the game (you're trying to keep your uncle's chain of amusement parks from being taken over by a ruthless corporation), so you do have to keep your guests happy and there are missions you have to complete in order to keep the park open.

2. Re: Open development, you can design, save, and use your own course/tracks in the mini-game mode. So you can play on your own designs.

Im not sure if there's an open development mode that applies to the whole park, but i'll check into it.

you definitely hit the nail on the head regarding differences between this and roller coaster tycoon though.

glad to hear you are excited. this game has a lot to offer.
