spider-woman-wasp
spider-woman can make men atracted 2 her and sting w/ venom mightyer than wasp
luke cage-ant man
unbreakable skin beats an army of ants
wolverine-hulk
wolverine can regenarte from a single cell hulk jsut smashes this goes 2 wolvie
spider-man-hawkeye
spidey can beat his ass
so lets recapin terms of power the only edge the original avengers have is a norse god but setry could take the fight 2 space were thor cant breath

On topic... to actually compare Ant-Man to Luke Cage is absurd. And why is Hawkeye even on that list? He wasn't one of the originals. Faulty logic.

Most people(me) just find these avengers the poor man avengers.

Quick question.
When was the last time the New Avengers went up agianst some of their own Classic villians? When was the last time they fought Kang, Skrulls, Krees, Ultron, The Masters of Evil, The Hulk!:D

They're too busy fighting *>gasp<* The Wreaking Crew:eek: . Other than fighting their internal conflicts(sentry,SpiderWoman)When was the last time the Avengers saved the planet from a world wide threat. IN THIER OWN BOOK!

I havent seen the New Avengers do anything the Original Avengers couldnt do.

The New Avengers fought the Wrecking Crew? I didn't know that. And, generally, that's nothing to gloss over. The Wrecking Crew can be tough. Sure, it's no world-shattering stuff, but the Avengers shouldn't be limited to such things.

Ultron's been used too recently to merit an Avengers fight. Kang should be used sparingly. Zemo isn't a villain anymore--sort of--which limits the potential for a Masters of Evil. The New Avengers did assist the Young Avengers in fighting Kree and Skrull in the Kree/Skrull War II. And the Hulk hasn't really been something worth fighting.
