So SHIELD is now using wierd waterskiing toy bombs?
OK, has Toyman skipped dimensions and is now Director of SHIELD?

Does Jester use toys? It could be the Jester (remember, the new T-Bolts are the ones shown attacking Spidey on CW5's regular cover).
As far as Frank Castle is concerned, I'm stoked that his side still isn't obvious -- it's exciting to keep guessing/speculating on how he'll affect the war...

Very odd toys... guess this is further, further, FURTHER confirmation of Spidey swapping sides, the worst kept secret in marvel history. (Since they refused even to have ASM 535 stand as definitive proof). The toy think is a little wacked though.
Oh and yeah, it's definitely CW5, beyond doubt.
PS: The punisher's side is pretty obvious actually, considering it flat out says so in the solicit for War Journal #3.

Meh, I'm just happy that Spider-man is nobody's bitch anymore, and that he is switching sides. The whole next CW#5 month seems to focus alot on what Spidey. That makes me happy.:D

Yeah but that means no security for Peter! What happens if they stick with this registration act, which would be interessting. Spidey would be a constant fugitive:(

Me, I'm just upset that Marvel took the coward's way out and DID go through with the swap. Now Spidey's on the wrong side :(
Ah well, it was nice to see you on the good guy's podium with Iron Man for the first half of the war.
(Right, so that's two of my top three favs gone anti. If Reed Richards defects, I am picking new favourites! :P)

Ok maybe it will be, but the principle is the same.

But if we go by our own opinions I'm glad that Spider-man will be anti-reg.:D

The one flaw in the argument; in none of Spidey's upcoming solicits does it appear that he is actively on the run or fleeing. Certainly not if he's battling Vulture in a bookstore.

Oh absoloutely. And in my opinion, I'm glad he was Pro, at least for a time. :)
But still, there is zero evidence to support the idea of him joining Cap's Secret Avengers. Remember, opposing the act does not necessarily mean joining Cap's team.

Certainly not if he's battling Vulture in a bookstore. We don't know when those adventures takes place or what his legal status is in them. it's pretty much a wait and see thing.
Oh absoloutely. And in my opinion, I'm glad he was Pro, at least for a time. :)And I'm also glad that he feels that anti-reg is the way to go.
But still, there is zero evidence to support the idea of him joining Cap's Secret Avengers. Remember, opposing the act does not necessarily mean joining Cap's team.True, but where else would he and his family go. Also the Jan solicitations say that he will be in the middle of final conflict. So I'm thinking that he has to be on one side or the other.
But who knows. Maybe he and Punisher will try to be the voice of reason in the war.

Could lead to a very interesting conversation.
Punisher- Everyone! Stand down and stop fighting!
Cap- Yeah!
Iron Man- Hang on, Cap. This guy's on your side?
Cap- ... Well, yeah, kinda. I mean, we're not best friends or anything.
IM- But he's on your side?
Cap-...Well, yes....
IM- So when I take some villains with a body count that makes me evil but when you take a mass murderer who's killed DOZENS at the least, you're heroic!?
Cap- .... Oh come on. Frank only kills drug dealers and criminals. They're not people.
IM- .... Fair enough.
Very interesting negotations ;)

LOL, funny stuff!! :D
I agree for Marvel taking the cowards way out of seeing Spidey switching sides so soon, but I guess it they would have to do it other wise they have to face the wrath of the Spider-man fans complain how out of character Spider-man was for being on the Pro-side throughout the entire event of Civil War. :o

I doubt they'll swear that much because of the age rating. It'll probably be more like, "Oi! Who's that plonker in the sky wearing Red and Blue leotards swinging on ropes!?"
