Tales of the Abyss

[Robotech Master]

So, who's played (or started playing) Tales of the Abyss, the latest Tales game to thankfully hit the states.

I've only just gotten through the first major dungeon where you fight Arieta on the roof, but so far this is shaping up to be my favorite in the series so far. Free Run is awkward but after a little learning curve (to transition from Free to Linear without getting hit) it becomes a welcome addition.

This is the best game I played in a long time. The graphics are gorgeous, the dialog is funny and the character arcs that take place in the game are mind blowing. Playing this game is like watching a kick ass anime that puts you through the emotional ringer and leaves you wanting for more. Everything from intense humor to tragedy is here. Even the cut scenes are breath taking as the action scenes rock on the level of the fights between Jin and Margulous in Xenosaga 2.

It's a great game with a awesome plot.

Especialy latte rwhen you find out Who luke relaly is and how he relates ot the world. (No I iwll not spoil it! There ar eplenty of soruce sto go for that!)
