I dropped Swampthing after a couple issues, so I won't be buying his Hellblazer.

Sweet...
Oh, and Swampthing was a fluke. Try The Losers, or that Adam Strange mini, for a better example of his writing.

Or that recent Samurai mini.

If you want to sample Diggle's take on the Hellblazer universe you can try Hellblazer: Lady Constantine by him and Gordon Sudzuka.

I never read his Swamp Thing. The Losers was a great series, Silent Dragon needs another story to be told.

For some of his best work outside the U.S., just check out his old 2000 A.D. stuff.

I liked his Swamp Thing outing. Won't be picking up Hellblazer, though.

Sweet! Who's the artist, and does Andy take over as soon as Mina's run is done?

His Adam Strange has me thinking, "Yaaaaay!"

His Swamp Thing has me thinking, "Aaaaahh, nuts."

Though Constantine was well-written in that Swamp Thing series.

So I'm cautiously optimistic.

Hmmm... between Swamp Thing, The Losers and Lady Constantine I think I've sampled enough Andy Diggle work to know I won't like it

I probably won't dig it either, hell, I'm still waiting for Mina's first Hellblazer arc to hit tpb to see if I even like THAT.

I didn't read Adam Strange once someone mentioned that it doesn't end, but rather just leads right into the Infinite Crisis crossover crapfest, but the first arc of Swamp Thing and The Losers did nothing for me.

Manco will remain the artist.

Is Denise Mina's stint on Hellblazer ending so soon? What does that make it, just over a year?

Andy Diggle could be good I liked what I read in the Losers. Hopefully he can pull of a tight structured arc like he did there.

I'm hopeful. I really liked the Losers, and agree that his characterization of Constantine was good in the Swamp Thing run (even though the run itself was a bit of a mess). I like Manco, so I'm happy to see him stay. But having recently cut back almost all monthly issue purchasing, I'll be waiting for the trade (as I am for Mina's second arc).

Ha! Fekkin' sweet!
