can anyone fill me in on that new spectre title?

i don't usually buy DC books, but that one caught my eye...

i like the spectre in general, have most of his mid 90's run...and saw that he was part of what i guess is sort of anthology type book...

is this going to be an ongoing? and sort of appeal to the horror aspect of comics, sort of like something we'd see in house of secrets???

and how was this book in general, worth picking up?

Pick it up. I got the first issue today. The Spectre story is 'okay', but the Dr. 13 story by Azzarello that's in the back is GOLD.
