New Greg Rucka Atticus novel?

When I met Greg Rucka at a signing earlier this year, he mention that he had just finished a new Atticus novel, which takes of pretty much where Critical Space ended, called Patriot Act.

There's still no sign of it on Amazon. Anyone got any idea when it's out.

Last I heard, it was going to be around Fall 2007. This was in an interview he had done about three months ago. Things may have changed, but that's as much as I know.
