I hope all of the Canadians on the board have good times with family, friends, and that they all eat their weight in turkey and fixings.

To all fellow Canadians, happy Thanksgiving!

My wife and I spent a wonderful evening with friends and celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday. A good friend of ours is a chef so naturally when he invited us over for turkey dinner we jumped on the opportunity. Much turkey and wine was consumed by all with great conversations lasting well into the night.

Tomorow we make a two hour drive to visit my wifes aunt and have more food. Life is hard.

Happy Turkey Day all!

We actually had the big thanksgiving dinner last night, because my mother is going on one of those "march of the living" things. We had chicken.

Had a great time though.

Best of all, I've spent most of today writing because I didn't have to go to the Day Job! :)

Wait, Canadian Thanksgiving is at a different time of the year?

I'm so confused. What's the history behind it?

Our pilgrims gave up and asked for aboriginal assistance 6 weeks earlier.
