I just read a post by Green Arrow jr and it got me to remember the old series Spiderman and his Amazing Friends which would have rocked if they were allowed to use Johnny Storm instead of making up Firestar. I think a mini series using the Torch instead of Firestar would be great especially if their a constant nuisance to Richards and Stark. Plus I would not mind seeing them do a tour of DC,WildStorm, and Top Cow.

I used to like Spider friends when I was a kid,I also thought the Human Torch was cool but never understood why the FF cartoon had Herbie the robot replace him while Firestar had to be created for the Spidey friends show instead of using the Human Torch.
Bobby,Peter,and JOHNNY would be great in a book together or an animated series and would have the potential to be Marvel's answer to the Teen Titans. I would have loved to see those guys in a crossover with the Titans back then but not now.

Issues #1-15 and #150-160 of Ultimate Spider-Man Vol. 2 (the book was renumbered to Vol. 1's numbering about halfway through).

Or, Vol. 23-26 if you read USM in trade format.

What year were you born, because I will always have a soft spot for Firestar because of that series, and consider your simple opinion to be akin to a nuclear attack on my childhood.

Firestar may not be part of the spidey family as far as the marvel U goes but she was originally created specificly for that show. She will always be spidey family to me.

There was an X-Men: First Class issue with all three of them, but they didn't exactly team up all at the same time. It was the final issue of volume 2, set in the past when Gwen was alive.
