I hoping for a little help here. Last week, I went in to collect my saved comics from my local shop. Unfortunately, they decided to cancel my account without calling me. My box got canned along with half a dozen other full boxes. I only have time/budget to pick up comics about every 2-3 months, so even though I only collect about 5 titles, the box does fill up. I'd been late once before, and they called, and I came and got them. But there seemed to be a mixup this time, they didn't call, and I lost a few months worth of comics. They tried to get the ones I was missing, but when I went in today to collect, there were still some issues missing.

So, I was wondering if any kind souls could give me the general gist of the story bits I missed. I've got several issues past the missing issues just sitting here waiting to be read, but I wanted to know what happened before I read them. Any help would be great!

Issues I'm missing:

Birds of Prey #95
Y The Last Man #47
Amazing Spider-Man #532-534
Lucifer #73-74

Much thanks!

Thanks TC. Probably not going to go buy the missing issues though. The 12 issues in my box today cleaned out my comics budget for the next couple months. I'm a reader, not a collector, so I'm just interested in the plot I missed.

Adrian Paul guest stared in all of the books. He slept with all the female characters, hero and villain alike, and proceeded to kick much ass with his sword in every context you can imagine.

Cft just read this thread and left. Do you want to know why? It's because he realized that Adrian Paul pwns the DC and Marvel universes and that's a fact. Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha. (This post just does not have the same impact now that I can't post in size seven red colored capital letters or use emoticons.)

The female characters? Color me surprised!

Sorry, had to go answer an email. My mom wanted to know all about iTunes and iPods since she's getting high speed internet soon. She thinks headphones are the devil, and is paranoid about putting any info on the internet, so I believe I've given her enough information to scare her for the next few days.

What's this about Adrian Paul playing with men in tight underwear?

He was too much man for the male characters. Word on the street is that Adrian Paul, not Wolverine, was the real reason why North Star went into a coma and died.

All I'm saying it last weeks issue of Y was the BIG one.

I get a discount at my online shop, around 20-30% depending on the titles. I know Azrael gets a 30% discount at his online shop. It's not a lot, but it might help a little.

Shhh! Don't say it! I've got it sitting right here, just waiting to be read!

Thanks SK. Yeah, ordering online would be pretty cheap, but I'd still have to wait to read the issues sitting next to me on the couch. I just need like a sentence or two of plot catch up. Maybe I can find some reviews...

I can help you on the ASM count, but how much of Civil War do you know?

Thanks! I only know as much as reading up to ASM #531. I believe that was the one where Iron Man paid off the other metal dude, who's name I've forgotten. I heard about the unmasking, but I don't know any details. No other Civil War details are known to me.

Then I warn you now, CW details may slip out. I will try and avoid big spoilers :)

Basically, Stark tells Peter that he has revealed his identity to the President, and needs Peter to do the same. Peter is unsure, but MJ and May think it's the right thing to do. He is still unsure until the morning before, where May gives him his old costume and says something about responsibility is also holding your hands up and saying "that was me". At the press conference Stark thinks he isn't coming, Peter comes up behind him and tells him that he stands by him. He then goes out, and we cut before he unmasks.

533
Starts just after the unmasking. Google searches for Peter Parker crashed the internet. Including the porn sites. We see JJJ, very pissed off. Stark and Peter have a convo after Peter is done vomiting in the toilet, and they head outside to see an angry mob of Spidey haters. In the limo he leaves in, he calls MJ and May. MJ is talking, May is telling MJ to say things. Then, Reed calls him, so we have Reed talking to Peter on one line, and MJ telling May that Peter is talking to Reed on the other. Then, Sue gets in on the call. The call becomes a five-way call, with Peter in the middle. He quietly webs the phones together, and lets them have their own conversation. Very funny scene :)

At the jet taking him back to NY, a lawyer meets Peter to tell him the Bugle plans to sue him. We see some people watching a report on him on TV, such as Flash, Brock (Well, we can't see if he is watching, but we see him), Ock and Vulture. Peter talks with MJ, before May shows them that Stark is on a press confrence, announcing the strike team to take illegal vigilantes, mentioning Spider-Man (which is news to him). He goes outside, and reporters are waiting for him, plus "Captain America's number one fan", who pulls a gun. Peter webs the gun before he can do anything, and the reporters pull him down.

Peter meets up with Stark, says he shouldnt have done that. Stark apologises, and introduces him to the rest of the strike team.

534
Okay, this one begins after Civil War #4's big fight. No real spoilers about the fight shown. Stark tells the pro-reggers that they are now going to transport some prisoners through NY. They are ambushed by the antis, who break the prisoners out. While chasing one of the escapees, Captain America gets to Spider-Man, and they fight. Spider-Man is just getting on top of things, when they hear an explosion. Cap runs off to help, Spider-Man stays behind, stopping some people from stealing Cap's shield, which Spidey webbed to the ground during the fight. He webs it to the wall once more, and we get some insight into his head.

535 is out btw.

Good issues, but that shopuld be enough info for now :)

Just skimmed Y #47, it's mostly Allison's backstory and set up for what happens in the current issue.
I don't think you'll be too lost without it.
