Could they meet in a Simpson's House of Horror?
House of Horror meeting Tales of Interest kind of thing. I know they've met in comics, but television would be great, and I think this would make absolute sense on the hows and whys.

I would love to see something like that happen. Homer could get transported into the future somehow and meet up with the Futurama gang, wouldnt be hard to do in a Treehouse of Horror.

They already did. Homer beat up Bender. The end.

There was a 2-part Simpsons/Futurama comic in which the Evil Brains from the Futurama episode "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid" zapped the 'real world' cast of Futurama into the 'cartton world' of a simpsons comic.
I see no reason this story shouldn't be adapted into a straight-to-DVD animated movie/

Zoidberg and Dr Nik would make a great team. I would like a whole episode though, not just a halloween 10 minute crossover. Maybe Frink builds a time machine and they go to New New York and meet the futurama gang, then they all go back to the present simpson time or its a dream, either way Im cool. More believeable (if that can be said in Matts crazy cartoon world) would be the futurama gang getting sent back through time or into another universe.

I'm not sure that there can be a direct time-travel cross-over. In a Futurama episode Fry, Leela and Bender landed on that junk asteroid and Bender picked up a Bart doll and ate his shorts.

The two shows really don't work together. Futurama has continuity and the like, the Simpsons is a straight up cartoon, very slight continuity plus more cartoon physics. Unless it was a straight to dvd thing it shouldn't be done. They need to be seperate, plus Futurama is going to Comedy Central so another hit against a possible crossover.

That's a great idea.

Bongo made a comic a couple years back in which the Planet express gets sucked into a Simpsons comic. It was pretty good.

they also had the sequel to the comic that started off after the first one ended.
Sense the simpsons not real furutrama world they consider to have no rights and and was made slaves along with the other springfiled people. Also they brought other fictinal charcter out, Which where things went haywire
The fictional charcter revolted
Lisa feeling betrayed when she got attack by Literture famous women was pretty funny
