IIRC correctly Planetary will be 10 years old in a little while and I wonder what Wildstorm has planned.

These days it's amazing for ANY series to last 10 years but Planetary will have gone 10 years without a fill-in issue, a change in writer or a change in artist!

Even Ultimate Spiderman didn't manage that!

I remember when it first started and we had mysteries like who is the forth man and what is planetary's mission. We've gone so far since then.

Well cheers to Planetary's dedicated creative team and here's hoping for 10 more years!

Planetary #1 was cover dated April '99. That means that we've gotten 25 issues in 7 1/2 years.

We only got 12 issues of Black Hole in 11 years from Charles Burns, and it's still one of my favorite comics of all time.

We only got 30 issues of Hate in 8 years from Peter Bagge, and it's still one of my favorite comics of all time.

Paul Chadwick took six years between Strange Armor and The Human Dilemma, and Concrete is still one of my favorite comics of all time.

Planetary is also one of my favorite comics of all time. It's taken a long time to come out, but it's been worth it. In the end, delays do not matter in the slightest if the comic is good enough.

For the tenth anniversary, maybe we will finally get the next two issues.
