I was chatting with Brad Walker about this panel (up for vote now as panel of the week btw! go go go) and he said that it was unintentional that it came out as though the Hatter is getting fellhated here.
I was surpried cause I thought the innuendo was pretty clear from the phrasing that hat == head :P . I was wonderin what the script description for this scene was
