Of all the Avengers that lack solo series. Who do you want to see the most in a solo ongoing title?

Uh well for the minor fact none of them are actually Avengers at the moment?
Luke Cage needs an ongoing.

Well considering there is no actual Avenger comic going at the moment. Luke Cage is a new Avenger, not a Avenger.
Just kidding. I tried to go in order in which they first joined and using character who have titles before or long runs in titles like marvel comic presents or other such titles. but seeing that they are way more than character that fit this critera. I should have not had a poll.
So ignore it if you like and continue to plug your Avenger.

I'm not a huge Avenger fan, but I'm going to say Firestar. She's been out of action a long time now. What the hell is she even up to, and is she even still together with Justice? I remember she even use to be a favorite of mine back in the day too, so I wouldn't mind picking up her ongoing if she had one.

In general, I'm not a big fan of solo books. I love heroes like Hawkeye, Black Knight, and Quicksilver, but I prefer them to be attached to team books, because they are characters who thrive on interaction with other characters.
Wolverine.

wolverine already has his own series doesnt he? currently its on the civil war storyline
anyway id wana see hercules get his own series, one of the most powerful heroes who has a temper will lead to very interesting situations lol

She's decided to stop being a superheroine due to the Registration Act. That would make it harder, though really not hard at all, to do a series around her. Also, she is currently not with Justice. They broke off their engagement, largely due to the pressures it was putting on Firestar.

I voted other and by that I mean none. I just don't think any of those choice warrant having their own series. Now if you wanted to do a monthly Avengers Anthology series (sort of like Marvel Comics Presents) than I would be cool with that. We already have Captain America, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Iron Man, upcoming Spider-Woman, Ms. Marvel, anyone else I left out, solo series already.

I like every person in this poll, but there's not a one of them who doesn't work a thousand times better in a team environment.
Vision whining about not being human, Hawkeye arguing with everyone, Hercules congratulating himself at the top of his lungs...all great stuff. In SMALL doses.

What about Wolverine...he needs an ongoing title to tell all his tales w/ the Avengers. I can't tell in his solo book if it's a mission for the X-Men he is doing or the Avengers. 3 Ongoings for him.

I've said it before and i'll say it again: a Black Widow ongoing, MAX, film noir-ish, spy stories, with the occasional super hero story. Lots of guns, sex, deception - real gritty spy stuff. She's better suited as a solo operative than in a team. Before Bndis had the brilliant idea to disfigure and kill off Yelena, I used to say the series should focus on both Black Widow's, stories swicthing off for each Widow, with the occasional "team-up."

I voted Black Knight, i'd love to see a book dealing with his status as the modern Pendragon and the threat to Avalon, also stop trying to bring back the ebony blade it was lame the first time and it's been dealt with multiple times, the sword of light and the shield of night are his weapons now, deal with it.
Others that could make cool solo books if done right are Hercules and Hawkeye, they were both pretty close to getting my vote other than Dane

Wow, I guess I'm really out of the loop when it comes to Firestar. I had no idea she decided to stop being a super hero and broke up with Vance. Well, I still would like to see an ongoing with her one day. Maybe when she gets out of her little funk that she's going through.

In principal, I agree. Unfortunately, none of them have a team book to be a part of at the moment, with the exception of Quicksilver, who seems to be becoming a semi-regular part of X-Factor.
Maybe they could create a fourth Avengers book, the Ex-Avengers, featuring all the characters Bendis doesn't like.

Definitely Black Knight. And not that Dane Whitman deserves an ongoing more than Hercules, Simon Williams, or Quicksilver, but that the story ideas just jump out more readily. I mean, here's a scientist face front against the world of magic. Plus, fill-in issues can pull a Starman, and focus on Black Knights of the past like Sir Percy and Nathan Garrett.

I can't believe Marvel's most prominent speedster doesn't get that much coverage. I would have thought that it would be something to compete with DC's The Flash. I love speedsters and it really is a shame Quicksilver doesn't have an ongoing tradeback of his own.

I worse thing is that he is marvel only prominent speedester. Until recently with the creation of Jolt, Surge, and Speed. He was the only "hero" speedster.(If you still can him a hero)

Either:
Hercules - would love for this character to get a push, all too often he gets treated like "Thor-lite" or as a dull brutish lout. He is at the top of his pantheon and has wisdom gleaned from thousands of battles, wars, friends, loves he's won and lost in his immortal years. Think of the potential "gifts" he has yet to bestow!?
Scarlet Witch - As mutantkinds greatest heroine and one of Earth's Mightiest we've seen a lot from Wanda. But the Scarlet Witch has other not yet fully explored potential. I would love to see her title turn her into something of Earth's Witch Supreme! Assuming the mantle from Agatha or the head gypsy witch. Plus she is a nexus being...what does that really mean?

Luke Cage and Hawkeye both need Ongoings. well, they both deserve them anyway. Not right away but maybe when both characters are at a point of prestige and popularity that they could sell constantly and at a high number. Lets be honest here cuz thats what Big companies go for. $:D

Iron Man, Cap, Thor, Spidey, Wolvie, Ms Marvel and others all have their own ongoing. Luke has done it before, and could do it again. Hank and Janet have had their own stories, along with Tigra, Vision and others but who else deserves a chance in the spotlight, either in a mini or ongoing? And what kind of take would you like to see?
Jocasta's always been more of a foil, or a support character, but she has the potential to be so much more. What if she were to download her consciousness into the mainframe of one of Ultron's abandoned headquarters, and send holographic and/or cybernetic representations of herself out into the world to do her bidding? She's had plenty of time to study Man, and Superhumans. As a creature of pure logic with the memory engrams of the Wasp, what has she evolved into over the years? Who is she? What motivates her, and how does she perceive her role among us?

RACIST!!!! lol. Actually an ongoing Devin Grayson and JG Jones Black Widow would be very good indeed. As would a series by the guy who wrote The things they say about her.
I'd like Scarlet Witch to go and discover that she was actually possessed by Cthon etc. and redeem her character after the massacre that's occured.
This storyline would be better in The Avengers book itself once Brian Michael Bendis is long gone from the title...

Sounds good to me. Sign me up for 2 copies.
Avengers Disassembled, House of M & Onslaught's return, etc al is all due to Chthon weakening the barriers from his exiled dimension to Earth via the Scarlet Witch as his "doorway." Chthon is the reason the Scarlet Witch's hex spheres alters reality when they should just alter probability. Altering reality weakens the bonds of the molecules of matter which makes the user appear unstable.
Chthon partially gets his hooks back into Wanda which also affects Layla Miller. The real Avengers comes to save the day from The New Avengers; as a result, the New Avengers disband & rebuild Avengers Mansion. The founding Avengers--Thor, Iron Man, Wasp, Hank Pym, Captain America--along with Hawkeye & Quicksilver all help save Wanda from the Elder God. Agatha Harkess has an important role to play too.
Spider-Woman, Luke Cage, Spider-Man, & Wolverine leave the group because they did nothing to stop Chthon. Brian Michael Bendis makes a cameo & is killed by Chthon.

Anyway out of that list, the only characters I'd like to read about in an ongoing are Hawkeye and Quicksilver given their new status quo's. But it has to be done well and with a good reason to drive the ongoing forward.
Black Knight could do ok too but it would have to be something more medevil'ish or a mix of superhero and a knight tale.
