In 52 will we ever get to see what they were doing in the year they were gone or will it just keep showcasing lesser used charcters?

Not that Im complaining but just curious.

We do see what Superman has been doing the past year, he has been living as Clark Kent and as a reporter. Apparently they are having Morrison write a solo issue of 52 to chronicle whats happening to Batman. The only unknown so far is Wonder Woman.

Wonder how far down the line batman will be. 52 is ok and has some cool points but man, another 32 issues? I dont know if I have the staying power for this considering Im not a huge dc fan and dont know the lesser known guys much and school is making me make cut backs.

Presumably, if Spectre is any indication, Batman comes back to Gotham briefly. I will hope that, in that one-shot, Morrison recognizes this somehow.

Oh please. DC continuity is all over the place right now. The Shadowpact were missing inside a giant blood dome for a year, but they show up in 52!
Do you DC is really going to bother to reconcile Batman's appearance in the Spectre mini with the fact that he's supposed to be out of town? Or how about the two weeks he trained Harvey Dent in crime fighting before leaving? Batman's calendar for that year is filling up really quick.

Is it really that important that they reconcile these things? Why?

He's Batman. He's like Wolverine. He's just everywhere. Accept it.
