Create an Anti defenders Team

If the Defenders ever reform, who would you put an anti Defenders villain team to oppose them? I would put the following:

Leader: The Leader
Anti Hulk: Abomination
Anti Dr. Strange: Baron Mordo
Anti Namor: Tiger Shark
Anti Siver Surfer: Terrax
Anti Valkyrie: Enchantress

That's all I can think for now, I can't think of any good anti Nighthawk and anti Hellcat characters. Also one idea is to have Dormammu as nthe true power behind this super villain group having Mordo use the others as pawns.
